We implement two connected platforms that close that gap. Stockify runs the warehouse floor, making every movement a scan-captured transaction. StoreX runs the business around it, putting products, procurement, orders, stores, staff and reporting on one live database. Take either on its own, or both together. Inward & putaway
Goods receipt reconciled against the purchase order at the dock, then directed to a bin by the system rather than left to judgement.
Inventory & bin management
A live stock position across every SKU, batch and bin. Internal transfers are scanned like any other transaction, so relocating stock never quietly breaks the location record.
Picking
Scan-confirmed picking against a system-assigned route, with the wrong item flagged at the rack rather than discovered by the customer.
Packing & dispatch
Pack verification against the order before the carton is sealed, then outbound loads built, released and documented so a shipment leaves the floor fully accounted for.
Returns
Returns received, inspected and dispositioned through a defined route, so recovered stock rejoins the sellable pool instead of sitting unrecorded.
Cycle count & reporting
Rolling counts scheduled by value and movement, with variance raised for investigation — and dashboards on stock, throughput and fulfilment behind them.

Where Stockify stops at the loading dock, StoreX carries on. Product creation, procurement, orders, retail stores, staff and business intelligence all read from and write to the same record, so a change in one department is immediately visible in the others — and month-end is spent analysing rather than reconciling.
It suits a single outlet as readily as a nationwide chain, because multi-location management is part of the platform rather than a separate deployment per site. Its API framework means StoreX joins the stack you already have instead of replacing all of it.

No. The software and the warehousing are separate commitments. Both platforms run in your own facility with your own team, and where you already have a floor that works, deploying the system on its own is often the fastest way to fix stock accuracy without changing anything else. They are equally available as part of a 3PL or warehouse management engagement with us.
